If you are new to Yoga, looking to deepen your practice or you are returning to practice then individual sessions are for you. Individual or one to one sessions allow for very specific individual teaching and adjusting that isn’t always possible in a class- you will find a much deeper, individualised Practice. If you are under confident or nervous about attending classes then this is a great way to build confidence.
A private Yoga session can also be thought of like a Physio session but using Yoga to meet your aims/goals.
One to one sessions enable:
- you to focus on what is optimal for you and to discuss any issues in a way which may not be possible or appropriate to do in a class.
- learn in a close and supportive environment so that you more deeply understand the practice and how it can work for you.
- the time and space for you to explore different aspects of your practice.
- the therapeutic aspect of Yoga to be explored.
If you would like to arrange a private class with up to 4 people please contact Lin. Working in this way allows for the individual high level teaching but with the energy of a group. It also allows you to arrange the class for the day and time which suits you best.
