Thank you for joining me! I hope you enjoy this Yoga Nidra, I have found Yoga Nidra so helpful and supportive especially during times of stress or adversity. I created this Nidra with people who have ongoing or persistent pain in mind. However, it is also appropriate for anyone who is looking to explore feelings of ease and comfort in their body.

It is always important that practices in yoga are suited to the person practising them. Especially as this is online rather than in person, it is even more important that you make sure that this Nidra is suitable for you.  This practice includes a guided relaxation or rotation of consciousness where you will take your attention to different body areas. It explores feelings of safety and of feeling unsafe, feelings of discomfort and of ease. 

This practice is not intended to substitute for medical advice, assessment or treatment. If you have any concerns at all please get in touch with Lin before doing this practice. It may be advisable to seek advice from a medical professional before starting any new practices.

During the Nidra if you start feel that it isn’t helpful or isn’t suited to you please take some time out from the practice- make some small movements, change position, open/close your eyes- or maybe end the practice.
