  • " The class involves some completely new and helpful practice for me . The small class sizes mean that we get a lot of input from Lin, who's also a physio. It makes me feel good all day long!"

  • "Yoga has given me increased energy and focus and a renewed sense of calm in a very stressful life. I now also sleep better than I have done in years! Lin is a fantastic and warm teacher."

  • "I have participated in groups organised by Lin for eight years. These were groups for people with long term health programmes, mainly Parkinson’s. Her ability to make each member of the group feel they were receiving individual attention was just part of her success. Her bright, encouraging smile and readiness to adapt a session to suit particular needs was admirable. Above all, I appreciated her sense of humour which created an acceptance of our mistakes without a loss of confidence. "

  • "For the first time in my life, Lin really makes me feel like I can “do yoga”,   The classes are small, informal and often full of laughter. Lin has extensive physiotherapy knowledge and experience, is quietly confident and pays careful attention to detail. I’m astonished by the poses she’s led us through; my flexibility has really improved and a couple of old shoulder /ankle injuries are gradually melting away.  I really appreciate Lin’s ability to link modern science with the age old traditions of yoga. The breathing exercises she’s taught us have been a revelation.  It sounds a bit melodramatic, but I feel much more confident and positive about facing the physical and psychological challenges of entering my 50s and surviving the menopause!
