Yoga Physio

YogaPhysio blends the clinical understanding of physiotherapy with the movement, awareness, and breathing practices of yoga.

It’s an evidence based, trauma informed approach that looks beyond symptoms—supporting you to understand how your body moves, adapts, and responds to stress, injury, and daily life. Drawing on modern pain science, it recognises that pain is not just about tissues, but about how the nervous system processes and protects.

Sessions are guided with choice, safety, and curiosity at their core. You’re supported to move at your own pace, build trust in your body, and develop awareness of how physical, emotional, and environmental factors shape your experience.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes, YogaPhysio supports meaningful, long-term change—helping you build strength, restore mobility, regulate your system, and feel more at ease and connected in your body.

Prices

All sessions are £75 per hour.

For home visits a travel charge may apply (depending on distance travelled). This will always be discussed with you prior to your initial appointment.

Cancellation policy- if a session is cancelled by the client, 24 hours notice is required. If notice is less than 24 hours notice, the full session rates apply.
