This class is open to people of all abilities and ages of people living with a neuromuscular condition or other conditions which affect mobility and physical ability.
The class will include asana (physical postures), meditation, breath work and Yoga nidra (relaxation).
The class can help with pain, fatigue and stress management. Some people will also gain strength, flexibility and balance. You will learn practices which will empower you to find your optimum heath and wellbeing.
All practices will be adapted to suit each individual. Open to all abilities.
